INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Service govern the use of the CitaSmart platform operated by

South Caribbean Financial Services Corp. d/b/a CitaSmart.

ELIGIBILITY

The platform is intended for use by businesses and authorized staff members

who are at least 18 years of age.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Accounts are created by business administrators. Users are responsible for

maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.ACCEPTABLE USE

Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes

• Attempt unauthorized system access

• Interfere with system functionality

• Upload malicious software

CUSTOMER DATA

Businesses retain ownership of their customer data. CitaSmart processes such

data solely for providing scheduling services.

PLATFORM USE DISCLAIMER

CitaSmart is a scheduling and appointment management platform operated by

South Caribbean Financial Services Corp. d/b/a CitaSmart.

The platform is not a medical record system, electronic health record (EHR), or

clinical documentation system.

Businesses are responsible for ensuring that any information entered into the

platform complies with applicable privacy and healthcare regulations.SERVICE AVAILABILITY

CitaSmart strives to maintain service availability but does not guarantee

uninterrupted operation.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights related to the platform belong to South Caribbean

Financial Services Corp.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CitaSmart shall not be liable for indirect

damages, business losses, or data loss arising from the use of the platform.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and applicable United

States federal laws.
